With cell phones being such a huge item; it seems as though everyone has one today. They are great for emergencies and keeping in touch with family and friends. Once the minutes run out; then you can upload the phone with more airtime. So now I upload their phone with airtime every month and if they run out; they are without a phone. It works great for me and it has taught my kids how to be more responsible with who they talk to and how long they stay on the phone.

Besides it is so easy to reload the phone; you can do it online, over the phone or with a prepaid card or credit card. This has been one of the best things I have found for my kids and I highly recommend it for anyone who has college students or who do not use their phone everyday and do not want to be bind to yearly contracts.
